The list of Metallica releases to collect this year just got longer.
The band, which is in the middle of an archival campaign, releasing a massive box set of all 27 live shows they’ve played this year, will also be reissuing their documentary on Nov. 24.
Metallica: Some Kind Of Monster will be getting the two-disc Blu-Ray treatment as part of its 10th anniversary. The film, named after a song on their 2003 album St. Anger, followed the band during their most turbulent years, giving an intimate look at all of the hardships they faced: addiction, hate from their fans and problems in their personal lives, all of which combined almost caused the band to break up.
